Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order!✨
Returns, Exchanges & Refund
- Since each artwork is carefully curated with intention and the wonder of imagination, no returns or exchanges are acceptable once the order is placed.
- As these are all handmade products, there may be variations in colour, brightness and texture. Please keep that in mind.
- Before placing the order, you may request videos of the artwork- for that please connect with me on instagram via DM- @kritixarts.
- No refund or store credit is acceptable once the order has been placed (other than in case of damaged orders).
Damages & Issues
- In case you receive a damaged product, please communicate the same via email on kritixkalra@gmail.com within 12 hours of receipt of order. Kindly include images and videos of the damage in such email.
- No communication post 12 hours of receipt of order shall be considered.
- As the artworks are handmade and may include fragile textures such as thick paint, clay - please do not try to test the limits of the product and then claim damage. Such claims will not be accepted.
- If the damage is deemed to have occured due to kritixarts, you may claim a different artwork or refund in place of the damaged product.
- In case refund is claimed, the same shall reflect in the original payment method, please allow for 7-10 days for such refund to reflect in your bank account.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order. Once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled.
